Queer Video Project

About the Alan Turing Video

The Alan Turing Video was created for THE LAVENDER EFFECT® by Alex Valencia. Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Alex always had the film industry in his back yard, as well as in the back of his mind. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Film Studies with a minor in Literature from California State University of Long Beach. He currently attends Chapman University as a 3rd year grad student with a directing emphasis. Having finished several projects at Chapman including a documentary shot in South Korea, Alex is ready to start filming his final project at Chapman University.
